Thanks for the information. This is the deal. It is being sold by a guy who said he was a part owner in a gun shop some years ago. He said he and his partner drove to WA and bought 10 of them directly from Detonics in 1981. The rest had been sold but he ended up keeping four of them for his personal collection. This one, he claims, is unfired and has all documentation and original packaging though he said the box does not "look" new as it is 26 years old. I read that with a serial number of C22xxx it could be an Es#####(?) or fake Detonics. How would one determine authenticity and what would one in mint condition be worth?
