Yes, they are interchangeable. However, the extractor should be "fitted" or "tuned" for the individual gun. It's possible that your extractor could have been improperly "tuned". If so, you might be able to have it corrected, rather than replaced.
It's my understanding that the Detonics USA guns will all have 9mm size firing pins, no matter what caliber. As such, if you were to replace the firing pin on a Detonics made in Georgia, you would need the Gov't 9mm type of firing pin.
