I have experienced this many times on my 9MM CM. All it was is the lower follower lip need to be slightly bent up to aid in lowering/pushing down the follower. I had bought a box of mags from Metal Form and all of them wouldn't keep the slide open on last round. It took awhile to see and figure it out, then tried all after the adjustment. All were perfect and kept the slide open on last round. Hope this helps you.
