I can vouch for all that you claim, as I was the head gunsmith back then. If I may be so bold, you left out that you guns were given the "reliability massage" and trigger pull work by yours truly. I also recall other guns you brought in for smithing work, and the bottle you would leave when you picked up the gun. (Good stuff!)

If you visit the Yahoo Detonics Collector's site, and search a little, (along with a few other 1911 sites), I think you'll find I've credited you with the MK VII concepts. Hope all is well with you and yours.
