I'd say it's likely that Georgia CM's will gain some collector's value, but how much, and how long until they do is uncertain. It will be determined by the open market. I plan to keep carrying and shooting mine. These are the best CombatMasters I've seen. Strength, fit, accuracy; they seem to have it all. I own some from the Seattle factory, and have shot some from the Phoenix plant. I don't think you'll be able to "wear out" a Georgia gun under normal carry and practice shooting circumstances.
