The King's springs last maybe 500 rounds. Since they're cheap, and I don't shoot the gun much, I probably change them more often than necessary.

My gun is extremely spring sensitive, but it's the mag springs that seem to make the most difference; at the first sign of weakness, the gun's reliability goes in the toilet. I'll sometimes change mag springs between one trip to the range and the next.
