You know what 451 I'll follow what my currently licensed FFL dealer tells me to do. First off I don't think the dealer who make a living will do anything that would jepordize his livelihood for just a FFL transfer fee. Second I always stated to go through FFL and the paperwork. But I suppose one who quit instead of adapting in their career field knows best.
Also, the part you wrote "and have amassed over 20 detonics because of giving up my ffl" I was under the immpression when one purchased guns to be sold can not be kept for ones self.
