I had the opportunity to handle that revolver back in the 80's when the Detonics main office was still in the University Tower building in Seattle. It was large, unwieldy and had a 7 shot cylinder (.357 as I recall). The gun was stolen, along with a double action, full size .45 auto prototype. As I recall, the guns were later recovered. Whatever became of them is anyone's guess.
