I'd say your best bet would be the new factory, Detonics USA in Georgia. If it's one of theirs, I bet they'll make it right. If it's an older one, I would recommend that you wait until the new factory is ready to work on older models. Then send it to their head gunsmith, who is the former head gunsmith from the old factory. (He has repaired more Combat Masters than anyone else on earth). Have him look at it: he'll figure out what's wrong. He'd likely have to charge for any needed parts and labor, but he's the best qualified person for the job.
