Though many (most?) purists disdain even the thought of a DA 1911 (yeah, yeah, I know, it's not really a 1911) - even worse a DA Detonics - my Seecamp Combat Master and I have been very happy together for nearly 20 years now. The DA hammer down/safety on is a real plus for my purposes. And my Seecamp .32 makes a perfect companion piece. Both are VERY neat guns. Seecamp's DA trigger is by far the sweetest I have ever experienced in ANY autoloader.
