If it truly such a good collection (and I have no clue) especially considering the prototypes maybe the new Detonics USA should buy them as a collection to preserve the history. A history which I might add the new company is trying to use to establish itself as a credible manufacturer to compete agains the other manufacturers. Without the Detonics name built on those early excellent guns (of which it seems there is now some excellent and collectable examples available) what chance would Detonics USA have of taking a share of the market. I reckon they would have a chance as would anyone else but I reckon they have a much better chance with the name.
Hey Conley why don't you run it past your contacts with the Management of Detonics USA.
As a past owner of a scoremaster (no longer allowed to have 45's in Australia) I would love to see the history kept together by the company and see the new company prosper (and produce a 38super scoremaster) and I think that all of those interested in the brand should put the pressure on them to buy at least the prototypes and anything out of the ordinary and keep the the collection on display somewhere at their headquarters for anyone to see.
Howard.
